Documenting paranormal phenomena does not require a legal-binding contract; we are not a business...  However, we do offer a Memorandum of Understanding so there will be no miscommunication or misunderstanding about what we do or what is expected.  It is not required that anyone agree to our Memorandum, however it may cause Bridgetown Ghost Hunters to cancel any investigation.  Our Memorandum basically covers the topics below:

Bridgetown Ghost Hunters will never publish your personal information or share it with anyone without prior consent.  That's not our style...  We consider 'personal information' to include names, emails, addresses, phone numbers, or any video or photograph of the resident or their family, or anyone who asks us to perform a paranormal investigation.

When someone asks Bridgetown Ghost Hunters to come to their home or business (or any other location) for the sole purpose of documenting any paranormal activity that may be taking place, we consider ourselves to be invited guests, and the person who asked us to visit must have the authority to invite us!  We will not force ourselves into any location that is considered "off-limits" or intrude where we are not invited, and we will not break any laws for the sake of conducting any paranormal investigation. 

Bridgetown Ghost Hunters does not and will never require or ask for payment for visiting a location to conduct a paranormal investigation.

BGH and it's members understand that there may always be some risk involved in any paranormal investigation.  BGH agrees not to hold any person or party responsible for damage or injury that may occur while permitted on the premises during an investigation.  It must also be agreed that BGH will not be liable for damage to property or personal injury others may suffer during an investigation.

All documentation, including but not limited to: video footage, audio recordings and photographs taken prior to, during and after a paranormal investigation are the sole property of BGH and it's members, and may be used on our website(s) and other places.

We are adamant about not publishing anyone's personal information without their permission.

We sometimes ask colleagues for their opinions or help in analyzing the documentation we collect.  We also share our documentation on our website(s) in order to share what we have experienced.
