Step One: communication. When BGH is contacted, a series of emails and phone calls will take place in order to assess the type of paranormal activity that may occuring; this allows us to make an informed decision on how best to begin an investigation while allowing you to become familiar with a representative from our team.

Step Two: preliminary meeting. This allows us to better understand the needs of those who contact us, become familiarized with the location and gather any extra information required. This is when a planned investigation is scheduled, agreements are reviewed and signed, and the time limits for the investigation are discussed.

Step Three: primary investigation. We set up our equipment and follow the procedures we use for documenting any paranormal activity that may occur. During this time, you are more than welcome to accompany us; however, we ask that it be as an 'observer' rather than a tour guide. Investigations may take as little as a couple of hours, or up to six hours.

The final step: follow-up. We will discuss our documentation and schedule a return investigation at your convenience. The follow-up process continues until you feel at ease with the situation.
